Terms of Service

1. Diagnostic & Repair Approval

Repairs are only initiated after customer approval of the provided written price estimate following our diagnostic evaluation.

2. 90-Day Warranty Coverage

Standard hardware repairs performed by MacMates include a 90-day written warranty covering replaced parts and associated labor. This warranty excludes new physical or liquid damage occurring after device pickup.

3. Unclaimed Devices

Devices left unclaimed for over 90 days following repair completion notifications may be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local laws to cover repair and storage expenses.
